Moussaka of spinach and potatoes

Necessary products: 1 kg of boiled potatoes, 500 g of spinach, 1 cup of grated cheese, 3-4 tablespoons of melted butter, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, salt to taste, 3 eggs, 2 cups fresh milk, chopped parsley for sprinkling.

Preparation: Cut the spinach not very finely and bring to a boil in salted water. Remove, drain and add 1 cup of grated cheese, finely chopped garlic cloves, nutmeg and 1 tbsp butter. All this is mixed well. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.

Necessary products: 1 kg minced lamb, 7 green onions, 50 g melted butter, 1 kg dock, 2 boiled eggs, 3 raw eggs, 1 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon flour, salt and pepper to taste, a few sprigs of parsley.

Preparation: Fry the finely chopped onion together with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. In a separate bowl, simmer the finely chopped dock and when it is ready, drain and mix together the diced eggs, 2 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper to taste and finely chopped parsley.
