5. Cream with walnuts
Cream 1 teaspoon is whipped with 150 g of powdered sugar and vanilla. Add 3 beaten egg yolks and 150 g of ground walnuts. Garnish the cake with the prepared cream.
6. Almond cream
Beat 6 egg yolks with 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 tablespoon of butter until white. Add 100 g of ground almonds, 100 g of grated chocolate, 1 vanilla, 1/2 tea cup of fresh milk. The mixture is put on the fire. Stir constantly until thickened. Spread the cooled cream on the cake.
7. Mocha cream

Mix butter 2 tbsp, flour 2 tbsp, 1 teaspoon boiled, strained coffee and sugar 6 tbsp. The mixture is placed on the fire and stirred until thickened. 150 g of cream is added to the cooled cream. Stir again and garnish the cake with the prepared cream.
