Sesame oil; 1 tbsp. sesame seeds; 1 tbsp. green onion; 50 g garlic; salt and pepper to taste;
Method of preparation:
1. Heat the pan. Toast the cashews over low heat for about 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from the heat and set aside.
2. Cut the chicken legs into pieces about 3 cm in size. Cut the onion and pepper.
3. Increase the heat and add the coconut oil to the pan.
4. Once the butter is hot, add the chicken legs and cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Once the chicken is completely cooked, add the pepper, onion, garlic, garlic chili sauce and spices (ginger, salt, pepper). Leave on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add the rice vinegar and cashews. Cook over high heat, the liquid should acquire a sticky consistency. Finally, there should be no excess liquid in the pan.
