By its nature apple flour is finely ground dried apple slices. To make the flour, large and ripe apples are needed, which are cut into thin pieces to dry.
As we know, apples are rich in pectin and vitamin fruits. All these useful ingredients are preserved during grinding and remain in the resulting flour. When ready and applied to various recipes, apple flour has a slightly sweet-sour taste and the characteristic brown color of a dried apple.
Apple flour can be used in different ways. You can mix it with another type of flour to enrich it or use only apple flour to make various breads, cakes, pancakes, apple cakes, pastries and other types of apple desserts. It can also be used as a substitute for various types of dyes due to its brown color.
In addition to the above ways to use apple flour can also be used as an additive in various shakes, smoothies, teas and other healthy drinks. It will give a certain sweetness to the drink, as well as enrich it with many vitamins.
