Preparation: Put the butter or margarine in a microwave oven dish. onions and potatoes are finely chopped. Stew in the fat for about 5-6 minutes at 600 watts. The dock (or lettuce) is washed and finely chopped and added to the potatoes and onions together with the wine.
Stew again for another 5 minutes at 600 watts.
Season with whipped yogurt and spices. sprinkle the portions with the finely chopped chicken.
