Add the mushrooms and white wine, salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes at 600 watts. When serving, decorate the soup with sprigs of parsley or dill.
Mushroom soup with cheese
Necessary products for 4 servings: 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, 1 onion, 250 g fresh mushrooms, the juice of one lemon, 1 ½ cup teaspoon white wine, 250 ml. liquid cream, salt, crushed white pepper, 1 pinch of nutmeg, 1 pinch of sugar, 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon flour, 100 g of shredded cottage cheese.
Beat the butter and flour well with a wooden spoon. Add the finely chopped onion and pour the mixture into an oiled microwave dish. The cleaned mushrooms are washed with cold water and cut into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice and add to the onion. The mixture was stirred and simmered for 6-8 minutes at 600 watts.
Mix the cream, crushed white pepper, nutmeg, sugar, parsley salt and white wine well and pour over the mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook for another 5-6 minutes at 600 watts.
Two minutes before removing the soup should be stirred.
