Freezing: Pour the well-chilled soup into a suitable container, pack and freeze.
Defrosting: Transfer the soup to a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
It is built with 1-2 eggs and 1 tea cup of milk. Serve with sprinkled black pepper and finely chopped parsley.
Lamb soup
Products: 300 g lamb, 1 bunch fresh onion, 1 cup rice, 1 carrot, 3 tomatoes, parsley, mint, salt.
Cut the meat into small pieces, pour 3 tea cups of water and bring to a boil. Then add salt, foam and cook until almost completely softened, along with finely chopped onions and carrots.
Add the rice, and shortly before removing from the heat, add the finely chopped tomatoes, mint, parsley and salt to taste. The finished soup is left to cool.
Freezing: Transfer the cooled soup to a suitable container, pack and freeze.
Defrosting: Pour the soup into a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring.
When serving, add 1-2 tablespoons of butter and 1 egg and a teaspoon of yogurt. It can be sprinkled with finely chopped fresh parsley.
