Gotvach.bg continues the practice of presenting you easy and quick recipes for dishes prepared in the microwave. The advantage of this type of dishes is the relatively faster cooking of dishes.

Try the following potato soups and satisfy the most capricious tastes.

Potato soup

Necessary products for 4 servings: 1 onion, 500 g potatoes, ΒΌ a packet of butter or 2 tablespoons of margarine, 1 teaspoon of yogurt, black pepper, salt, dill, savory.

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Peel an onion and finely chop it. Place together with the potatoes in a dish suitable for a microwave oven. Add to the deep bowl salt to taste, butter (margarine) and black pepper. The vegetables are stewed for 10 minutes at 600 watts.

Then remove the dish and pour 4 incomplete tea cups of water over the potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with a little savory. The semi-finished soup is put back in the microwave this time for 8 minutes at 600 watts.

The finished potato soup is served warm. One spoon of yoghurt is added to each portion. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley on top.

Necessary products for 4 servings: 1 onion, 100 g green onions, 100 g carrots, 250 g potatoes, 50 g butter or margarine, 1 pinch of ground cumin, 1 bay leaf, ground black pepper, 3 teaspoons vegetable broth, 200 d boiled or roasted pork (without bacon), 100 g liquid cream, 2 egg yolks, parsley.

Peel an onion and chop finely. Peeled carrots and potatoes are grated on a coarse grater. The vegetables prepared in this way, together with the bay leaf and 1 cup of broth, are placed in a microwave oven dish. Sprinkle with cumin, salt and pepper. All this is stewed for 8 to 10 minutes at a power of 600 watts.

After this time, add the remaining broth to the bowl. Boil for another 6 minutes. Optionally, after removing the soup can be strained.

To it is added pre-fried or roasted meat, cut into thin strips. Add more whipped egg whites and cream.

Mix well and place in the microwave for another 2-3 minutes. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
