Method of preparation: Boil the beans until soft. Do the same with the meat in another dish - to soften it slightly, not to boil it, because another heat treatment follows. Pour the beans into a large clay pot, then add the onion, carrot and spices. Drain the legs from the broth and add them to the beans.

You need to pour the broth over the whole dish where the pork was cooked, but strain it very well beforehand. If you feel a little runny, add water. Close the casserole and bake in a moderate oven for at least 2 hours and 30 minutes.
