Marinated pork breast with beer
Necessary products: 800 g pork breast, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. beer, 1 pinch of black pepper, 1/2 tsp. oregano, 1/2 tsp. basil, 1/2 tsp. cumin, 2 onions.
Preparation: Arrange old onion heads in a pan. The pork breast is pounded, salted and placed in the pan. Sprinkle with soy sauce, beer and spices on top.
Leave for a few hours in the refrigerator to absorb the spices, then grill. Pork breasts are served warm, preferably with a garnish of baked potatoes or hot peppers.

Marinated pork chops
Necessary products: 2 pork chops, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. mustard, 1 tbsp. honey, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1 pinch black pepper, 1 pinch allspice, 1 tbsp. oil, salt.
Preparation: Pork chops are pounded thoroughly and placed in a small pan. Prepare a marinade from the soy sauce, mustard, honey, garlic, paprika, black pepper, allspice, oil and a little salt, mashed in a blender.
It is poured over the steaks. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for at least two hours. Then remove, drain slightly from the marinade and bake in a hot pan on both sides. The steaks are served with a garnish of fresh salad or french fries.
In about 40 minutes you can prepare pork chops with potatoes. The steaks are baked in a grill pan with a little grilled spices.
