- Pork fillet and cotrafile is quite dry meat, which is why it is recommended even by nutritionists. You are eating pork, but from the lowest calorie. For to keep the pork tender and not to dry out further, we recommend that you cook it on a grill pan or on the grill, and only for a few minutes.
