Add the turmeric and stir again. Pour the smoothie into cups, sprinkle with chia seeds and spices to taste (cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, cardamom). Breakfast with chia is ready.
Chia pudding with mango

coconut milk - 100 ml
chia seeds - 2 tbsp.
mango - 0. 5 pcs.
yogurt - 2 tbsp.
Mix the milk with the chia seeds and stir, leave for 20 minutes to swell. Cut part of the mango into slices and puree the rest.
Pour the chia pudding into a serving glass and pour the mango puree on top. Spread the unsweetened yogurt evenly on it and garnish with mango slices.
Chia pudding with kiwi, mint and lemon
mint - 10 pcs. leaves
chia seeds - 2 tbsp.
yogurt - 350 g of natural
kiwi - 4 pcs.
lemon - 1 pc.
Mix chia seeds with yogurt, mix well and leave for 2 hours to swell the seeds. The mixture becomes like jelly, add the grated lemon peel to it, mix very well.
Fill the serving cups halfway with the pudding. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small cubes. Garnish with grated lemon peel and mint leaves, serve.
Milk dessert with mango, banana and chia
coconut milk - 200 ml
mango - 1 pc.
jam - 2 tbsp.
chia seeds - 5 tbsp.
bananas - 2 pcs.
berries - to taste
powdered sugar - to taste
dark chocolate - 6 tbsp.
Pour 2. 5 tbsp. of the seeds with 100 ml of milk, add 1 tbsp. jam (favorite, this is done in an airtight box) and close the lid. Place the box in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Peel a mango, grate it and put it in a blender.
Add 2.5 tbsp. chia seeds, 1 tbsp. of jam and 100 ml of coconut milk. Beat until smooth. Pour the mixture into a box with a lid and place it for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Immediately before serving, remove the box with the blender seeds from the refrigerator, add the peeled and sliced bananas and grind again in a blender.
Grate the chocolate separately and start collecting breakfast with chia in serving cups. First, pour the mixture with the banana, sprinkle with grated chocolate and top with the mixture of mango and chia. Decorate the top with berries and sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve delicious chia breakfast.

fresh milk - 1 tsp.
sugar - 2 tsp.
flour - 1 tsp.
coconut shavings - 3 tbsp.
chia seeds - 1 tbsp.

Beat the egg with the sugar with a fork and a pinch of salt. Add the warm milk and stir. Sift the flour and add it in portions to them. Add the coconut shavings, chia vanilla seeds and coconut oil. Bake the coconut pancakes in a hot pan.
