If you still have a package of neck steaks in the freezer waiting their turn, you can make a fantastically tasty recipe in a relatively short time and with few products.

The most important thing you will need in the recipe, apart from the steaks themselves, is the dish - in this case you need a yen glass tray, preferably with a lid. Here are the other products in the recipe and the exact steps for it:

Necessary products: 4 - 6 steaks (as needed), smoked melted cheese, ground black pepper, salt, about 300 - 400 ml of white wine, a large bucket of sour cream, fat

Method of preparation: First, knock the steaks, but do not overdo it - you do not need to thin them much. Put them in a greased yen pot, then sprinkle them nicely with black pepper, you can add the spice on both sides of the steaks. After arranging them in the pan, start to put one or two slices of smoked melted cheese on each steak.

In another bowl, mix the cream and wine and pour over the steaks. Put the lid on the pot and put it in a cold oven. The dish is ready in about two hours - bake not 180 or 200 degrees. The side dish can be stewed vegetables or classic boiled potatoes.

The next recipe requires more time to prepare - the steaks stay in the marinade for at least two hours. The marinade is 2 tsp. mustard, 1 tsp. honey, the juice of one lemon, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. oil, a few cloves of garlic and white wine - about 100 ml.

The dry spices are added to them - black pepper, a little red pepper. All products are mixed and stirred - the garlic is pressed or crushed with a knife. You should pour over the steaks - it is good to keep them in a deep dish so that they are surrounded by the aromas of the marinade.

After a minimum of two hours (preferably overnight in the refrigerator) you can bake them. Arrange them in a yen pot, add the marinade on top and bake at 200 degrees. It is obligatory to cover the steaks - bake until ready.
