Necessary products: 150 minced beef, 2 eggs, 30 g breadcrumbs, 20 g butter, 3 tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation: 1 egg and spices are added to the minced meat and from this mixture croquettes are formed, which are rolled in beaten egg, rolled in breadcrumbs and fried in hot oil. In a separate bowl, grate the tomatoes, add the croquettes and boil until the water evaporates, then season the sauce to taste.
