An airy chocolate cake is easy and quick to make. You need 6 egg whites, 300 g sugar, for cream: 150 g butter, 150 g sugar, 6 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 250 g sour cream, for decoration: 125 g sour cream, chocolate.
Beat the egg whites with the sugar. Bake in an oven preheated to 100 degrees three loaves, which spread on greased foil.
Spread the marshmallows with cream, which is prepared by boiling the butter, sugar and yolks on a low heat, stirring constantly.
Cool the cream and add the whipped cream. Decorate the cake with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
