1. Cabbage soup

This automatically means that it is a dietary soup. You probably don't know, though, that it's also very tasty.
To prepare cabbage soup, which would probably be enough for you during the 7-day diet, you need 1 cabbage, 1 pepper, a few sprigs of leeks, tomatoes (maybe canned) and green spices of your choice.
The cabbage together with the pepper and leek are cut and left in a deep saucepan to cook over low heat. When everything softens, add the peeled and sliced tomatoes (about 6 in number) and green spices of your choice (parsley, dill, celery leaves, etc.).
Add salt, but do not overdo it, and if desired, add black pepper or curry.
2. Zucchini soup
Zucchini is a seasonal vegetable, so it's good to prepare this diet soup in the spring or summer, which at least to some extent guarantees that the zucchini will be real.
For this recipe you need about 4-5 zucchini, 2 onions, 3 tomatoes, 2 carrots, 1 cup low-fat yogurt, dill, parsley, salt and pepper.
Cut the zucchini into cubes and together with the grated carrots and finely chopped onions pour them into slightly salted and boiling water. When everything boils, reduce the heat and after softening the vegetables add the tomatoes (peeled and diced), finely chopped green spices and black pepper.
Taste and, if necessary, add more salt. Note that for to be a dietary soup, you should not overdo it with salt. Wait for it to cool down a bit and add the yoghurt to the soup. Mix everything well and can be consumed either immediately or after the soup has cooled completely. In both ways it is very tasty!
3. Cauliflower cream soup

This is a typical autumn soup, which is good to eat regularly, because very soon you will have the inevitable Christmas and New Year overeating.
You need 1 head of cauliflower, 1 carrot, 1 onion, about 1 tsp. fresh low-fat milk, dill, parsley, pepper and salt to taste.
Put the finely chopped onion and carrot in slightly salted water, and a little later - the chopped cauliflower. Boil everything over low heat until the products soften, add the dill, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
To make the cream soup, all the ingredients are pureed, and finally the milk is added.
This useful soup can be consumed both hot and cold.
