Avocado soup

Necessary products: 3 pcs. avocado, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp cream, 2 tsp vegetable broth, 2 tomatoes, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 bunch green onions, salt to taste.

Method of preparation: The avocado pits are removed by beating 2 of the fruit with a mixer together with the lemon juice, mustard, broth and half of the cream. Season with salt.

Separately, cut the tomatoes and the rest of the avocado into cubes and grind the onion. In pre-chilled bowls put the chopped products and onions, which are poured with the cream soup. Put the rest of the cream on top.

Lemon cream soup

Necessary products: the juice of 2 lemons, 1 tsp cream, 2 tsp beef broth, 3 egg yolks, salt and pepper to taste, a few sprigs of parsley.

Method of preparation: Carefully add the cream to the warmed beef broth and beat the yolks with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. They are added to the broth together with the lemon juice and everything is mixed well. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle each portion of cream soup with finely chopped parsley.

Necessary products: 4 slices of bacon, 550 g of frozen corn, 1 piece of celery, 1 diced red pepper, 1 diced onion, 2 sliced carrots, 2 tsp beef broth, frying fat, salt and pepper to taste.

Method of preparation: Fry the bacon and vegetables in succession, but without the corn. Boil it in the boiling broth until soft, then strain and puree. Add the fried vegetables to this broth, season with salt and pepper and when everything is ready, sprinkle with the fried bacon.
