About 70% of the water in Bulgaria is slightly mineralized. This means that it has no harmful effects on the normal human body and can be drunk for a long time without the need to change or alternate with another.
Regular and moderate intake of naturally alkaline mineral water is the best natural way to regulate the pH of the blood during extreme physical exertion, which releases large amounts of lactate and other harmful metabolic substances.
