A Japanese miracle is a diet that lasts exactly two weeks. There are a few rules to follow before you start dieting.

Coffee can be replaced with tea, but it must be sugar-free. In addition, no alcohol or salt should be consumed during the diet.

During the first seven days of the diet you will lose 5 to 7 kg.

The diet is repeated for the next seven days, then you will lose about half a kilo a day.

Of course, losing weight also depends on your body, age and metabolism.

If you don't feel well, stop it, as it is quite drastic.

It is good to follow the diet strictly, but if you are still hungry between meals, you can eat some vegetables or fruits.

For breakfast in the two weeks drink only a cup of pure bitter coffee, if you prefer you can replace it with tea.

Only on the second and ninth day of the diet add a rusk to the coffee or tea. It is good to drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day.

Do not repeat the diet in the next half year. When you're done, start eating in moderation - don't rush into fried and pasta products. Eat healthy.

On the first day - At lunch, eat two eggs - hard-boiled, and for dinner make a salad with lemon juice and very little olive oil as a side dish to a piece of roast meat.

On the second day - At lunch, eat two hard-boiled eggs again. Dinner is a salad, a glass of yogurt and a piece of ham.

On the third day - For lunch, eat fruits or vegetables of your choice. For dinner on the third day, eat two hard-boiled eggs.

On the fourth day - For lunch, eat two boiled eggs and a glass of carrot juice. Dinner to be again with two boiled eggs, add a little salad and a piece of ham.

On the fifth day - For lunch, eat roasted fish, and as a side dish add a tomato. Dinner is skipped.

On the sixth day - For lunch, eat two pieces of chicken, preferably roasted. Dinner should be from your already familiar two hard-boiled eggs and one carrot.

On the seventh day - Lunch with a piece of roasted meat and fruit of your choice. For dinner, eat something of your choice.
