A Japanese miracle is a diet that lasts exactly two weeks. There are a few rules to follow before you start dieting.

On the first day - At lunch, eat two eggs - hard-boiled, and for dinner make a salad with lemon juice and very little olive oil as a side dish to a piece of roast meat.

On the second day - At lunch, eat two hard-boiled eggs again. Dinner is a salad, a glass of yogurt and a piece of ham.

On the third day - For lunch, eat fruits or vegetables of your choice. For dinner on the third day, eat two hard-boiled eggs.

On the fourth day - For lunch, eat two boiled eggs and a glass of carrot juice. Dinner to be again with two boiled eggs, add a little salad and a piece of ham.
