They can be eaten with a few spoonfuls of honey or soaked in water. Remember to drink at least 1.5 liters of fluids.

Day 4

Building. In order not to lose weight by burning muscle, you need to consume a lot of protein, which are the building blocks of your own protein.

The stage is the most satisfying and similar to ordinary food. It consists mainly of protein foods. You should consume up to 0.5 kg of dietary meat per day: turkey, chicken, beef, rabbit. Skinless meat, stewed, boiled, roasted or steamed. To speed up metabolism, you can eat up to 50 grams of parsley, dill, spinach, salads.

Day 5

Fat burning. This day receives much less energy than is consumed and much of it is spent on fiber processing, which reduces the feeling of hunger, but at the same time has no energy value.

It is allowed to drink in addition to water, tea and coffee without sugar. At the same time, staple foods are still low in calories. You can eat apples, pears, oranges and grapefruits, green vegetables, oats or pearl barley in water up to 200 grams, wheat bran - to reduce hunger and speed up metabolism.

On all days of this easy diet we eat as little as possible, every few hours, dividing the daily dose into 5-7 meals.

After 5 days you should gradually leave the diet, and the first week or two do not consume sweet, fatty and starchy foods.

Results

The effect after the first days is mainly the loss of excess water and the result of bowel cleansing. The fat mass leaves a little later and in smaller volumes. In 5 days you can lose a maximum of 8 kg, and the greater the initial weight, the more tangible the result.

Despite protein days, loss of muscle mass is possible, ie. weight loss is not the result of fat loss, but of your own protein, which disappears faster in the first days. After a diet, weight often returns - water balance, lost muscles are restored.
