For garnish: 200 g hazelnuts, 50 g natural chocolate, 1 sprig of lavender

Method of preparation: The chocolate cake is prepared by beating the eggs at high speed with a mixer together with the sugar. Add the flour sifted with cocoa and salt successively. Bake the loaf in a round shape with a diameter of 24 cm on baking paper for about 10 minutes at 190 ° C.
