The only way to get your strong partner to consume more whole milk products is to buy him vodka, which is made entirely from milk.

The invention is the English farmer Jason Barber, who dedicated more than three years to succeed in creating a high-alcohol product based only on cow milk.

Ironically, the milk that makes the world's only "milk" vodka is the same as the world-famous Barber Cheddar cheese. Dairy lovers remember very well that this brand won the world award for best cheddar cheese for 2012.

The middle-aged Briton, who owns an elite herd of 250 dairy cows, decided to diversify the products offered by his dairy by trying to produce his favorite milk vodka.

Inspired by the experience of the inhabitants of the Republic of Tuva in Siberia, who are able to produce alcohol even from yak milk, Mr. Barber locked himself in his laboratory.

It took more than three years to develop vodka from fresh milk. The author of the discovery shares that the secret of the unusual drink is in the preliminary separation of the milk from cottage cheese and whey.

The whey thus separated is left to ferment in beer, and a special yeast is added to speed up the fermentation process by turning the milk sugar into alcohol.

The fermented liquid is distilled using a secret distillation process. The distillate thus obtained is filtered in triplicate with charcoal and / or various cereals such as barley. Only then is the vodka ready for bottling and distribution in the commercial network.

Fans of the unusual drink, including many Hollywood celebrities such as Daniel Craig and Elizabeth Hurley, say that it has a specific, soft, creamy taste.

These qualities make it extremely suitable for direct consumption or as a basic base for many of the most famous cocktails.
