You should not combine these products with others, because they belong to the group of fast carbohydrates, because of which we most often gain extra pounds.

- In case you prefer to eat something from the Italian cuisine at lunch with friends, it is best to forget about spaghetti, pasta and pizza and focus on seafood or fish. If you really like spaghetti, let them have a light tomato sauce instead of cream or aromatic cheeses.

You can afford a pizza if the marshmallow is thin and covered with vegetables, a little ham and a very "non-committal" amount of yellow cheese. Not very pleasant, but you should also give up the fine Italian tiramisu dessert.

- The much-loved Chinese cuisine hides a lot of tricks for the thin line, but there are ways to get around them. Almost everything in this type of Asian dishes is fried with a lot of fat. The options are either to ask for your rice to be cooked in a minimum amount of oil, or to order vegetable dishes that contain less triglycerides.

Combine local dishes with plain stewed rice instead of fried with vegetables and egg. Delicious spring rolls are not recommended as an appetizer - better choose sweet and sour soup. Take a look at the menu for steamed dishes and choose something appetizing from them.
