When you work all day from Monday to Friday and come home in the evening, you certainly want to take some of your little free time to see the children and your loved one. However, they expect a delicious and warm dinner from you.

One option is to shut yourself at home all weekend and prepare several different dishes to reheat throughout the week. However, it is more convenient to use one of your days off and plan what you will need as food for the week.

Write the products on a piece of paper and go to the market. Try to buy things that can last a few days in the refrigerator without spoiling (buy and cook short-lived products on some weekends when you are not at work).

To save both time and money from the market, start your plan for next week with dishes that include products you have not yet consumed - rice, beans, lentils, flour, etc.

Be creative - rice can be prepared in thousands of ways and with countless combinations of products and spices, so don't say Oh no, rice again!

You better diversify it with something, but try to clean the cabinets and replace those considered to be more durable products, from which, however, after a while small butterflies begin to fly.

Buy a grill - before going to bed at night, you can taste meat or vegetables, which procedure will take you no more than 5 minutes, and when you come home from work the next day, for 10-15 minutes on the grill you will prepare a hot dinner.

If you prefer more complex dishes, but do not have time to start with them, invest in a slow cooker - it can be set with a timer and cook even while you are at work. Peel and cut the ingredients for the given dishes, put in vacuumed plastic bags and leave in the freezer until you need them.

Your working hours should not be an excuse for not cooking.

Your family needs to know that it comes first, and this impression is most easily built on a close-knit family dinner.
