We have prepared two different recipes for roast meat that you can make for your family or special guests. Our first suggestion is for roast lamb leg. To make your recipe, you will need the following products:

Spicy lamb leg with sesame

Necessary products: 1 kg leg of lamb, lemon, orange, ½ pack. butter, 1 tsp. mustard, ½ tbsp. honey, salt, ground black pepper, 2 tbsp. sesame

Method of preparation: First wash the meat well. You will need the peel of the orange, as well as some of the juice - enough ¾ tsp. freshly squeezed juice. From the lemon you will only need grated rind. Then mix the two crusts, salt, pepper and mustard and spread the lamb leg well with this mixture.

Leave the meat in the refrigerator for about an hour, maybe more if you have enough time. Then take the meat out of the fridge and put it in a suitable pan and fill it with pre-melted butter. Turn the oven to about 180 degrees and let the leg bake for about half an hour.

During this time, dissolve the honey in the orange juice - after 30 minutes of baking, pour the mixture with the ham. Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds on top - leave the leg in the oven and bake for another two hours. It is good from time to time to water the meat with the sauce obtained in the pan. If not enough, add hot water to the pan as needed.

Check the meat and when it is ready, turn off the oven. Serve the meat, cutting it into slices. In combination you can add the sauce left in the pan or make risotto with parmesan for garnish.

Our next suggestion is for baked fish with yogurt. Here's how to make the recipe:

Fish with yogurt

Necessary products: 800 g fish fillet, 2 onions, parsley, marinated mushrooms, 2 tsp. paprika, black pepper, salt, 1 wine glass of white wine, 1 tsp. yogurt, pitted olives, dry white bread

Method of preparation: The fillet is well cleaned and placed in a pan - sprinkle it with black pepper, salt and paprika and set aside. In a separate bowl, add the finely chopped onions and mushrooms, fat, wine and a little water. The onion should soften well, then remove the pan from the heat.

Strain the mixture well and put the vegetables on the fish fillets. Mix the sauce with the yoghurt and mix well - pour the fillets with the liquid. You should sprinkle plenty of olives, crumbs of dry bread, parsley. Put pieces of butter in places.

Bake the dish in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes - serve warm with a slice of lemon and a suitable garnish. We recommend arugula salad.
