When you are wondering what to cook and you do not have enough time, probably your best option is to focus on pasta. Whether it's spaghetti, pasta, fusilli, tagliatelle and what not, it usually takes about 10 minutes.

However, it is important to choose what sauce to serve it with. The most common in this regard are the sauces Bolognese, Carbonara, Neapolitan and other popular purely Italian sauces.

However, if you want to surprise your loved ones with something new, which at the same time does not require much time to prepare, it is a good idea to try the pasta with tomato sauce with sausages and dried mushrooms. Here's what you need:

Necessary products: 500 g pasta, 2-3 sausages of your choice, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 large jar of canned tomatoes, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 2 red onions, 1 tsp. white wine, 4 cloves garlic, 60 g dried mushrooms or other dried mushrooms of your choice, 1 tsp. honey, 1 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. basil, a few sprigs of fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste, 2 handfuls of grated Parmesan.

Method of preparation: The paste is boiled according to the manufacturer's instructions and allowed to drain. The main rule is to add 1 liter of water when cooking 100 g of pasta. Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan and fry the thinly sliced sausage in it for a short time.

When slightly pink on both sides, remove and set aside. Fry sliced onions, peppers and mushrooms in the same fat. When soft, add the wine and wait for the liquid to boil. Add the tomatoes.

Stir occasionally and shortly before the sauce has thickened enough, add the finely chopped garlic cloves, honey and all other spices without parsley. Try to taste and if all is well, pour into the finished pasta along with the fried sausages.

Stir well and put back on the stove until warm. Finally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and finely chopped parsley. The pasta is served while still warm, along with red wine of your choice.
