Stir the mixture, fill the pumpkin with it, cover it with aluminum foil and bake it for about 2 hours at 200 degrees. Remove the foil and let it bake for another 40 minutes. This way you will not only have a delicious dessert, but due to the healthy ingredients such as honey, dried fruits and nuts, it will also be useful.
Healthy pumpkin cakes with oatmeal
For this recipe for pumpkin dessert, you need to have about 200 g of already roasted pumpkin, 1 tsp. finely chopped dried fruits of your choice and 1 tsp. ground walnuts.
In a large bowl, mash a pumpkin, add to it 1 mashed banana, dried fruit, ground nuts, a few tablespoons of coconut oil and 1 tsp. oatmeal to which you have added half a packet of baking powder.
Knead the dough, form it into pumpkin cookies, which are baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. To save yourself the thorough washing of the pan afterwards, it is good to cover it with baking paper and arrange the cookies, leaving enough space between them. Enjoy!
