The beauties of the season delight not only the eye but also the stomach. Pumpkin is both delicious and healthy. We have prepared a few for you recipes for autumn temptations with pumpkinthat you can't help but try at home.

She will really tempt you. And it is very useful. It is quick and easy to prepare. Prepare 500 grams of pumpkin, 2 large potatoes, 1 carrot, a small onion. Cut the peeled pumpkin without the peel into cubes and put it in a liter of salted water. Peel and slice the potatoes, carrots and onions, then add them to the water. Boil the products, being careful not to burn when the water springs. Mash the resulting combination and pour 200 milliliters of coconut milk into it. Season with lemon, pepper, salt and other spices if desired. Garnish with roasted pumpkin seeds and wholemeal bread croutons.

This is a real healthy and vitamin bomb, as the filling is made of fruits and nuts. You need a medium-sized oval pumpkin to prepare the recipe. Cut off the top and the part where the handle is and keep it. It will be used later for the lid. Clean the seeds and wash the pumpkin.

In a separate bowl, mix a mix of dried fruits of your choice. Add fresh and diced apples, quinces and pears. Pre-prepare ground or crushed walnuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts in the desired quantities and proportions. Mix the nuts and fruits in the bowl. Add 4-5 tablespoons of honey.

If you like the sweeter taste or if the pumpkin is bigger, maybe more. Add a glass of water and a spoonful of rum to the mixture, but if you don't like alcohol or follow a non-alcoholic diet - skip this step.

Then fill the pumpkin, cover it with the lid and wrap it in cling film. Bake for about an hour and a half at 220 degrees, and then - you can lick your fingers.

This cheesecake is also recommended for people who for one reason or another follow a gluten-free diet. For the marshes you need 100 g of pitted dates, 150 g of raw cashews and 150 g of almonds. If desired, you can replace some of the nuts with walnuts. The nuts are soaked for an hour in water, then mixed with a blender or food processor together with the dates to obtain a homogeneous mass.

It is spread in a tray or cake tin and the marshmallow is ready. Pre-cleaned pumpkin - about half a kilogram is boiled.

The soft part is mixed with 250 g of cottage cheese, 200 g of mascarpone, 4-5 tablespoons of honey or more - to your taste, a pinch of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of coconut shavings. Beat well and the cream is ready. It is applied evenly on the marshes. The cheesecake is almost ready - you can only decorate it with a decoration to your liking - for example, crushed nuts, cocoa powder, orange peel.
