Method of preparation: The dates and the banana are ground in a food processor. Soy milk is slowly added to them and beaten until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the cashew tahini and stevia. It breaks for a short time. The result is transferred to a bowl.
The flour, salt and baking powder are kneaded and added to the mixture. Mix well. Walnut-sized balls are formed from the dough with hands soaked in water.
Roll each in sesame seeds and arrange in a tray on baking paper, pressing lightly on top. The cakes are baked for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.

Ingredients: 3 eggs, ¼ tsp coconut milk, 2 medium bananas, 3 pitted dates, 10 drops of stevia, ¼ tsp coconut flour, ¼ tsp. Celtic salt, ½ tsp. baking soda, ½ h. baked and crushed walnuts
Method of preparation:
Mix the eggs, oil, bananas, dates and stevia in a blender and beat on medium speed. Add the coconut flour, salt, baking soda and beat until smooth. Walnuts are also added. The resulting dough is distributed in muffin tins, pouring to the middle. Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180 ° C. Serve chilled.
