Satan is prepared by adding ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil and other spices. You can make your own seitan from plain flour. Necessary products: 1 kg of flour, 700 milliliters of water, spices, soy sauce. Knead the dough, leave for an hour and rinse with water for a long time until the water becomes completely transparent.

It is boiled in a broth of 4 cups of water, a quarter cup of soy sauce, 6 cm of combo or other seaweed, 6 cm piece of ginger root.

The seitan is divided into pieces and each of them is shaped like a meatball.

The broth boils and all the pieces are put in it at the same time. Boil under a lid over low heat for half or an hour. You can let it simmer at the lowest value on the stove for a few hours.

A variety of dishes can be prepared from the semi-finished product thus obtained. The semi-finished product is stored for a long time in the freezer.

Once you have cooked the seitan, you can make skewers. Pour the pieces of seitan with maritana of 40 milliliters of oil, 1 teaspoon of red pepper, half a teaspoon of turmeric, black pepper, nutmeg, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of vinegar.

Leave the seitan in the marinade overnight. String the pieces on skewers and bake on a barbecue. Bake for five minutes on one side and the same on the other.

Seitan is used instead of minced meat for stuffing different types of pasta, for moussaka and for preparing different types of dishes that are made with meat.
