Strawberry cake

Necessary products: 250 g strawberries, 3 tbsp low-fat cream, 3 tbsp low-fat milk, 55 g brown sugar, 1 egg yolk, 300 ml soda, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, 3 mint leaves.

Preparation: A handful of strawberries are cut into whatever shape you want, but have a good aesthetic appearance. Sprinkle with a little sugar and set aside. The remaining strawberries are mashed and the cream is whipped with powdered sugar and milk in a water bath.

Once the sauce is thick enough, remove from the heat and add the soda and mashed strawberries. Mix everything well, pour into suitable cups or bowls and garnish with chopped strawberries and mint leaves.

Necessary products: 200 g low-fat sour cream, 300 g low-fat cottage cheese, 3 tablespoons honey, 550 g peaches, 250 g cookies.

Method of preparation: The cottage cheese, cream and honey are mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. 2 of the peaches are cut into slices, which will serve as decoration. Peel the rest and cut into small pieces.

The cream mixture is added to them and everything is poured on a form, on the bottom of which the cookies are arranged. The cheesecake should stand in the cold for at least 5-6 hours, after which you can decorate it with peach slices.

Chocolate mousse with orange flavor

Necessary products: 180 g of natural chocolate, 50 ml of orange juice, 1 teaspoon of gelatin, 100 g of skim cream, 1 tablespoon of rum, 4 eggs, crushed walnuts.

Preparation: Melt the gelatin with half of the juice in a water bath and temper the chocolate separately. Once the chocolate has cooled slightly, add the egg yolks, rum, cream, gelatin and the remaining orange juice.

Everything is stirred constantly and finally the whipped egg whites are added again while stirring. The mixture thus obtained is left in separate bowls to stand for several hours and sprinkled with walnuts.
