When the hunger for sweets is indescribable, and we want to keep the recently lost weight, it is best to resort to one of the tempting diet creams. They do not differ much from ordinary creams, but do not carry with them the blame for the excess calories.
The first idea for a diet cream is prepared with a sweetener. The original recipe is with sugar.
Diet chocolate cream
Necessary products: 1 pack of Philadelphia Light cream cheese, 700 ml fresh milk, 2 tbsp. natural cocoa, 1 sachet of gelatin 8 g, 25-30 ml of water, 3-4 tbsp. sweetener
Method of preparation: Soak the gelatin in water until it swells. It can also be dissolved in a water bath. During this time, whip the cream cheese with the cocoa and some of the milk. No lumps should remain. Add the remaining milk with the sweetener.
Place the bowl with the liquid in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. The soaked gelatin is also placed in the microwave for a few seconds, until it is completely dissolved.
The milk and gelatin are mixed with constant stirring. It spills into
bowls or cups that are stored in the refrigerator to firm up.
Diet cream with kiwi
Necessary products: 2 kiwis, 125 g cream cheese, 125 g cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. yogurt, 70 g biscuits
Method of preparation: The kiwis are washed and peeled. Along with everything, the products are placed in the blender and mashed. The resulting cream is served in dessert cups. It can be decorated with slices of fruit and pieces of biscuits.
Diet banana cream
Necessary products: 100 g of cottage cheese, 1 and 1/2 tsp. fresh milk, 250 ml carbonated water, 2 tbsp. coconut shavings, 2 large bananas, 20 g honey, 2 full tablespoons gelatin
Method of preparation: Cut the bananas into circles. Arrange thoroughly in dessert cups or cream bowls. The gelatin is placed in carbonated water to swell and melted in a water bath. When completely liquid, pour in warm milk.
Transfer to a blender and add the cottage cheese, coconut shavings and honey. Beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour over the bananas. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours until the cream hardens. Serve decorated with coconut shavings and mint leaves.
Dietary caramel cream
Necessary products: 4 eggs, 200 g diet sugar, 500 ml skim milk, 1 vanilla
Method of preparation: In one form of caramel cream put 2 liters of sugar and a drop of vanilla. Put on the stove and make the caramel. Allow to cool.
Separately, boil the milk with the vanilla. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the milk little by little. The mixture is put into a mold. Place on the stove for 35-40 minutes. The cream is ready when it is poked with a stick and it is clean.
Dietary fruit cream
Necessary products: 200 g strawberries or other fruit of your choice, 125 g cream cheese, 125 g cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. brown sugar, 3 tbsp. yogurt, plain biscuits in crumbs
Method of preparation: The fruits are cleaned and a small part of them is set aside for decoration. Yogurt, cottage cheese and cream cheese are understood. Add sugar and, if desired, 2 drops of rum essence. The fruits are added to the cream prepared in this way. Beat by hand or in a blender.
Sprinkle a thin layer of ground plain biscuits on the bottom of dessert cups. Spread the cream on top. Garnish with fruit and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
