Everyone knows how to prepare a traditional potato salad with onions, which is especially suitable for eating in winter. In this case, however, we will present you three more unusual recipes for potato salad, and you will decide for yourself at what time of year you want to try them.

Spicy potato salad

Necessary products: 350 g pre-cooked and diced potatoes, 2 boiled and diced eggs, 35 g olive oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 finely chopped red pepper, a few sprigs of green onions and parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

Method of preparation: Mix the potatoes, eggs, peppers, olive oil and vinegar, mix everything and leave in the cold for 30 minutes. Finally, add the finely chopped green products, season with salt and pepper, stir again and the salad is ready to serve.

Potato salad with apples

Necessary products: 300 g potatoes, 2 apples, 1 beetroot, 150 g pickled mushrooms, 100 g mayonnaise, a few sprigs of fresh parsley, 2 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp vinegar, salt to taste.

Method of preparation: Mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and finely chopped parsley are used as a dressing. Boil the potatoes, cut into cubes and mix with the pre-baked beets, diced apples and mushrooms. Everything is drizzled with the dressing, seasoned to taste and served sprinkled with a little parsley.

Potato salad with chorizo

Necessary products: 800 g fresh potatoes, 2 red onions, 250 g chorizo, 7 tablespoons vinegar, 7 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon mustard, a few sprigs of fresh parsley, a few sprigs of fresh onions, 1 dried hot pepper, salt to taste.

Method of preparation: The potatoes are washed well, boiled and sliced. Chorizo is also sliced and fried on both sides in olive oil. Everything should be left to cool.

Then the chopped two onions and parsley are mixed with half the vinegar and poured over the potatoes. Chorizo is added to them. The remaining vinegar and all other spices are heated briefly and this mixture is poured over the finished potato salad.
