A wonderful salad is obtained by combining the green part of celery with cucumber, pepper and unsweetened yogurt. From celery you can prepare a delicious vegetable dish.

You need 4 heads of celery, 1 cup of liquid cream, 1 tablespoon of flour, 2 tablespoons of grated cheese and salt to taste.

Peeled celery is cut into circles and boiled in salted water. After draining, arrange in a greased pan and pour the cream pre-mixed with flour. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese on top and bake in the oven.

For stuffed celery you need 10 heads of celery, 500 grams of beef, 5 tablespoons of butter, 4 onions, 100 grams of white bread, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tablespoons of flour, 5 tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 egg, 350 milliliters of meat broth or water, 5 tablespoons of cream, celery and parsley.

Choose medium-sized, uniform heads of celery and clean them well. Remove their core with a knife and spoon. Grind in a meat grinder or blender finely chopped meat, half an onion, bread soaked in milk, parsley and celery.

Add the egg, salt and pepper to the mixture and mix well. Fill the celery heads with the resulting stuffing and fry them in hot oil.

Then place in a shallow pan. In the pan in which you fried the celery, fry the other part of the onion, add the flour, tomato paste. Mix well and dilute with broth or water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Rub the prepared sauce through a sieve so that there are no lumps and pour the stuffed celery. Put a half tomato lid on the opening of each head and cover with a lid.

You can bake the dish in the oven or cook it on a low heat for about an hour and a half, being careful not to burn the celery underneath. Serve drizzled with liquid cream.
