Turkish entrepreneurs have created the world's first coffee made from olives. In this way, only the favorite caffeinated beverage will benefit.

The newly invented coffee is the work of a Turkish company that has been producing olives for years. They have found a way to create olive coffee without the need for fermentation, because at the right temperature, the nutrients of the fruit are preserved.

The new type of coffee is a real healing spring, says the director of the company, adding that they will soon launch new types on the market.

This will be the first olive coffee, which, in addition to good taste and aroma, will also be distinguished by its healing properties, say the Turkish company.

They also claim that there will be no age restrictions on the consumption of this coffee. Olive coffee is rich in antioxidants and contains oleuropein - a substance that helps renew cells.

Last year, a chemist from the University of New Hampshire also created coffee that is good for the body. He had enriched the refreshing drink with resveratrol, an antioxidant extracted from grapes, so that coffee would transmit the beneficial properties of wine.

In this technology, resveratrol is added during the roasting of the beans, and at the end a drink is obtained, which not only does not harm the heart, but is useful for it.
