Unlike most mushrooms, mushrooms are not dried, but stored marinated. In addition, again, unlike most mushrooms, they do not have a particularly distinct taste or aroma and do not change the color of the dish cooked with them.

For this reason, they manage to absorb absolutely all the ingredients and spices that you put to them and can be used in virtually any way in cooking. Here are some ideas though:

Necessary products: 500-600 g stock, 4 tablespoons butter, a few sprigs of dill, salt and pepper to taste.

Method of preparation: The mushrooms are washed well and cut into strips. Put the butter in a deep frying pan and after heating add the mushrooms.
