Kladnitsa mushrooms are among the favorite mushrooms, which are not only edible, but also extremely tasty and easy to prepare.
They occur mostly in the rainy autumn, just before the first snowfall, but it is possible to find them in early spring. They are very easy to cultivate, which is why they are spread all over the world, especially in Asian cuisine.
Unlike most mushrooms, mushrooms are not dried, but stored marinated. In addition, again, unlike most mushrooms, they do not have a particularly distinct taste or aroma and do not change the color of the dish cooked with them.
For this reason, they manage to absorb absolutely all the ingredients and spices that you put to them and can be used in virtually any way in cooking. Here are some ideas though:
Stewed mushrooms in oil as a garnish
Necessary products: 500-600 g stock, 4 tablespoons butter, a few sprigs of dill, salt and pepper to taste.
Method of preparation: The mushrooms are washed well and cut into strips. Put the butter in a deep frying pan and after heating add the mushrooms. Fry for 2-3 minutes, then simmer under a lid over low heat. Just before they are completely ready, season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
Breaded mushrooms slaughterhouse
Necessary products: 500-600 g of mushrooms, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 tablespoon milk, salt and pepper to taste, frying oil.
Method of preparation: The mushrooms are washed and the stumps are removed. The part to be breaded is dried with kitchen paper.
If desired, the slaughterhouse can be cut in half, but not necessarily. In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the flour, milk and spices. Put enough oil in a pan to heat, dip the mushrooms in the breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until golden.
Grilled mushrooms mushroom
Necessary products: 500-600 g of mushrooms, 5 tablespoons olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, a few sprigs of dill and fresh thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
Method of preparation: All spices together with the crushed garlic are mixed in a bowl. With this mixture marinate the washed and chopped mushrooms for about 3-4 hours, then grill on each side for about 3-4 minutes, depending on the strength of the fire.
