Grilling is one of the favorite things of Bulgarians. Among our traditional culinary favorites there are also delicious casserole dishes. The combination of these two Bulgarian specialties leads to an incredible and irresistible end result on the table.

The good thing about cooking a mixed grill in a casserole is that the meat can be pre-baked. In this way, their preparation is even faster. Here's how to make them:

Mixed grill in a casserole

Necessary products: 5 pork chops, 300 g sausage, 300 g chicken on skewers, 200 g mushrooms 1/2 lemon, 1 onion, savory, black pepper, salt to taste, 2-3 hot peppers, 50 ml oil

Method of preparation: Bake the steaks in a dry pan for 3 minutes on each side. The chicken is strung on skewers. It is baked like steaks. The sausage is cut into chunks and fried for 2 minutes in 50 ml of oil, which is preserved.

Arrange the meat together with the hot peppers in a casserole. Top with finely chopped mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle with pepper and savory. Top with the sausage oil and 2 and 1/2 tsp. water.
