The products you will need: 1 sachet gluten-free yeast, 250 g gluten-free flour (can be a mixture of corn, buckwheat, rice, etc.), 1 egg, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon sugar.
In a bowl of warm water dissolve together the sugar and gluten-free yeast, leave the mixture to rise for about 30 minutes. Then add the remaining products together with 1 teaspoon of water. The kneaded dough is put in a suitable form and baked for 30-40 minutes at about 220 degrees.
