What worries most of us, however, is the fact that we do not know how to prepare it properly, so that it is both pleasant to eat and does not lose any of its vitamins. That's why here are some valuable tips to make sure you handle this task:

- The easiest method for preparing buckwheat is to wash the berries well and soak them in enough hot water. Like beans, let the bowl of buckwheat stand overnight and eat it in the morning for breakfast like muesli, without having to cook it;

- A very common method for preparing buckwheat is by cooking. You need to wash it in a colander similar to the way you prepare rice. It does not matter whether you will use cold or hot water, the important thing is to wash under running water, stirring the grains well so that the garbage that falls during the packaging of buckwheat can fall out.

Then put it to boil, keeping in mind that it will take no more than 5 minutes on high heat from the moment the water boils. Then reduce the heat to medium for about 7 minutes and finally reduce for a minimum of another 3 minutes. Drain the buckwheat and consume in your preferred way;

- Before cooking the buckwheat you can also roast it with a pan with or without fat. All you have to do is wash it and drain it until the beans are completely dry. Put it in the pan and bake it, stirring constantly, being careful not to burn it. Then you have to boil it again, but in this way you will shorten the cooking time significantly.
