Lunch: Tarator, seasonal vegetables - salad, stewed peas, 2 pcs. Grilled meatball / kebab, fresh fruit
4 pm: Tea without sugar / water, fresh fruit
Dinner: Seasonal vegetables - salad, stew green beans, 50 g wholemeal bread, kefir
Option 4:
Breakfast: 1 tsp. fresh soft - 2%, oatmeal
10 am: coffee / tea without sugar, fresh fruit

Dinner: Seasonal vegetable salad, burek with spinach and cottage cheese

Breakfast: Coffee / tea without sugar, 50 g Fillet, fresh vegetables, 50 g wholemeal bread
10 am: Coffee / tea without sugar, fresh fruit
Lunch: Seasonal vegetables - salad, stew, ripe beans, fresh fruit
4 pm: Iron
Dinner: Seasonal vegetables - salad, omelet with cottage cheese, 50 g wholemeal bread, fresh fruit
