Easter nettle soup
Necessary products: 300 g of nettle, 1 tomato, 5 stalks of fresh onion, 1 carrot, 4 eggs, 2 tsp. grated cheese, ½ tsp. salt, 4-5 sprigs of dill, 1 tbsp. butter.
Preparation: Wash the nettles and clean the onion stalks. Cut the finely squeezed nettle leaves and cut the onion into circles.
Grate the tomatoes and cut the carrots into circles. In a suitable saucepan, pour the vegetables without the grated tomato. Pour 5 - 6 tsp. water. Cover and bring to a boil, and when it boils, reduce the heat.
It takes approximately 30 minutes to cook. Then add salt and butter. The soup is boiled for another 30 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Add the grated cheese and eggs, which should also be grated. Stir very well and serve while warm.

Cover with foil and bake at 180 degrees. After about 1 hour and 40 minutes, add the chopped mushrooms and bake for another 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve with garnish of choice.
