Set aside 100 ml of fresh milk. Pour the remaining milk into a deep saucepan and bring to the boil. After the milk has boiled, add the butter. Gets mixed. The mixture is allowed to boil.

Beat the yolks with the sugar until they increase in volume. Add a teaspoon of starch and vanilla to the egg mixture. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add 100 ml of fresh milk and stir again.

The mixture with the yolks is added in a thin stream to the milk. When pouring the mixture should be stirred constantly so as not to cross.

Stir well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and reduce the heat. The resulting mixture should boil over low heat and thicken slightly. He is confused all the time. Once it boils, remove from the heat.
