Fruit ice cream
This is a perfect option for your child. You can give it to him in unlimited quantities and rest assured that his belly is full only of useful things.
Necessary products: 2 tsp fresh or frozen blueberries or 2 tsp. berries, 1/4 tsp. freshly squeezed apple juice, 2 tbsp. honey, the juice of 1/2 lemon, a pinch of salt, ice cream molds on a stick or smaller cups, wooden ice cream sticks
Method of preparation: The fruits are mixed with the other ingredients in a blender. Beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The result is poured into the ice cream molds (cups), and the sticks are placed in the middle. Leave in the freezer for at least 5-6 hours. To easily come out of the molds (cups), the ice cream is dipped halfway in hot water for about 5 seconds.
Colorful ice cream
Necessary products: 3-4 cups yogurt, 1 fresh egg yolk, 6 tablespoons sugar, 1 vanilla, 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon cocoa, walnuts, coconut flour
Method of preparation: Drain the yoghurt and distribute evenly in three bowls. In the first put the previously beaten egg yolk with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 vanilla. To the second bowl add 2 tablespoons of sugar, grated lemon peel and its juice. In the third put 1 tablespoon of cocoa and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
The resulting mixtures are poured into three cups in three layers. Sprinkle with walnuts or coconut flour on top. Cool in the freezer.
Two chocolate ice creams
Necessary products: 2 chocolate creams, 2 and 1/2 cups fresh milk, 2 white creams, 1 and ½ cup sugar
Method of preparation: Mix the chocolate cream and 1 cup of fresh milk in a bowl and stir until thickened. In another bowl, mix the two white creams and 1 cup of milk and stir again until thickened.
½ A glass of fresh milk is mixed with the sugar until it thickens. Divide into two halves and pour one into the mixture with the chocolate cream and the other into the mixture with the white cream. The mixtures are mixed well. Freeze in the freezer.
