If it's summer - tomato, cucumber and pepper to a homemade sandwich of your choice, and autumn is not bad to rely on the health benefits of carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage.

3. For breakfast, do not resort to croissants, rolls and other delicious but not useful cakes, and take some fruit. Whatever your soul desires, but be seasonal.

4. Is there anything better than a homemade dinner shared with your family, relatives and friends. Well, give yourself to it to the fullest, because freshly prepared food is a great start for the introduction of healthier products in your menu.
