It is no coincidence that there are diets that explicitly prohibit eating after seven in the evening.

As you can see, the secret is not in starvation, but in frequent eating. Therefore, do not miss breakfast or any of the subsequent meals, each of them is important for you and your body and last but not least for your diet.
