this is mine dietwhich I started because I had metabolic and thyroid problems. In 2 months I lost 18 kg with it. And then it becomes a way of eating, gradually adding some of the forbidden foods and spices.

It is principle of nutrition, in which excellent results are achieved, both for fast and lasting weight loss, and for maintaining a normal weight without yo-yo effect. Do not starve, on the contrary - you should eat often and a little, even by force. Discipline is required in the beginning, food without salt will look tasteless, but for this use more spices, it is worth it and get used to.

The body gets everything it needs to function well, your metabolism increases, you rejuvenate. Excess weight is lost exactly where it should be. It is also good to play sports or at least to have daily movement.

This type of diet is also excellent for people with thyroid problems and impaired metabolism.

Important principles of the diet:

1. We eat 5 times a day only the allowed foods in small amounts;

2. We drink at least 2 liters of water a day, I personally drink 3 liters;

3. Extremely important: We do not accept none salt, carbohydrates / except rice or oatmeal / no jam or pasta. The first weeks no dairy until you reach the desired weight. Then we can include yogurt and fresh milk with coffee, while we have already adopted these principles of nutrition;

4. We strive for the food we eat to be raw, baked, cooked or stewed. No frying;

5. Alcohol is allowed only in small quantities, but necessarily unsweetened concentrate or dry wine. No beer, carbonated or sweet drinks;

6. We use chili, hot peppers, hot pepper, horseradish and all kinds of green spices, lemon, vinegar, grapefruit, small stone fruits in every convenient case with the food;

7. We emphasize more meals with pure proteins: meat without skin, fish, eggs (proteins), maybe up to 50 g per day of raw nuts. We combine them at will;

8. More meals with vegetables with diuretic effect, salads: green leaves, spinach, cabbage, beets, turnips, mustard, asparagus, cucumber, onion, parsley, zucchini (raw or roasted), carrots, tomatoes;

9. Don't miss a meal!

10. Drink plenty of water and tea only with lemon;

11. Mandatory every day a handful of boiled rice / or oatmeal / without salt to one or divided into 2 meals. The body must also take in slow carbohydrates so that it does not store and then has no yo-yo effect;

12. Avoid any sauces and to a minimum fat;

13. Movement at every opportunity;

14. Enjoy every bite of food, let the portions be beautiful and small, always eat in a good mood;

15. Do not compromise with a teaspoon of salt or sugar, for example, because you will start from the beginning and there will be no effect.

Approximate daily menu:

First breakfast - 2 boiled eggs, coffee, ½ grapefruit;

Second breakfast - 75 g (fish or chicken) and a small bowl of green vegetables;

Lunch - 50 g of fish or roasted meat, a handful of cooked rice without salt and a bowl of vegetables;

Snack - salad with fish or chicken (or 50 g of roasted meat / or boiled egg);

Dinner - 50 g (fish or roasted meat), a handful of cooked rice without salt and a bowl of vegetables;

Late dinner (optional) - a bowl of small stone fruit or half a grapefruit or unsweetened apple, tea.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day!
