The pies become great with baked pastry crusts. Here's how to make one.
Necessary products:
1 kg of flour
600 ml water (lukewarm)
1 tbsp. sol
Method of preparation:
Pour the flour and salt into a deep bowl. They are mixed and a well is made in the middle, in which little by little the water is poured with constant stirring. Stirring is continued until the whole amount is poured and the flour is absorbed. In the end you have to make the dough into a nice ball. As there are different types of flour, you may need to add some more flour or remove some of it. The dough can serve as a guide for the required amount of flour - it should be soft.
The resulting dough is divided into approximately 20 small balls the size of an egg (make sure the balls are the same). Then cover the balls with a damp cloth and leave for 30 minutes.

Homemade pie crusts
For baking pastry crusts you can use a pot or other larger dish with a diameter of at least 45 cm, as well as a pot, oven or grandmother's wood stove.
Whatever you use, you don't need any fat.
If you are going to bake pie crusts on a hot plate, it is enough to heat it to the maximum temperature and if necessary, you can reduce the power during baking.

After 30 minutes, it's time to bake. Each ball is rolled out thinly, then baked on both sides. A crust is baked when it becomes hard and bubbles and golden spots are obtained.
Baked pastry crusts they are placed on a cotton cloth and piled on top of each other. Once all the crusts are baked, wrap the pile with the tablecloth and store in a cool place (not in the fridge).
