1. Grandma's buns with cheese
Necessary products:
eggs - 2 pcs.
yogurt - 1/2 cup
baking soda - 1 tsp.
cheese - 200 g
flour
frying oil
Method of preparation:
Mix the beaten eggs with the yoghurt with the pre-dissolved baking soda, the crushed cheese and add flour for a not very hard dough.
Roll out the well-kneaded dough into a crust about 1 cm thick. Cut circles or other shapes with a glass and fry them.
2. Bake in the oven
Necessary products:
powdered sugar - 200 g

cow butter - 200 g
eggs - 3 pcs.
yogurt - 1 tsp.
ammonia soda - 1 tsp.
flour - 750 g
oil - 1/2 tsp.
ground walnuts - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
Beat the powdered sugar with the butter and eggs released at room temperature. Add the yoghurt in which you have previously put the ammonia soda. Stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, put the sifted flour in portions. You should get a dough softer than bread dough.
With a tablespoon dipped in oil, tear off pieces of dough, rolling them in ground walnuts, and place them in a greased pan. Bake bays in a moderate oven. Here I can add that my grandmother years ago baked buns of sach according to this recipe.
3. Bays with water

water - 2 tsp, lukewarm
soda - 1 tsp. with a tip
salt - 1 tsp.
flour
frying fat
Method of preparation:
Mix lukewarm or very slightly warm water with baking soda and salt. Add the pre-sifted flour in portions until a sticky dough is obtained. Using a greased tablespoon, scoop out the mixture, then dip them in hot fat.
