The author of the atypical drink is called Peter Klassen. After three years of working with his successor Philip and chef Stefan Kimmel, he managed to reach the perfect texture and taste of his unusual product. So soon it will be able to offer it to its customers in three varieties: Royal Chicken, Steak and Bombay Beef.
Klassen also publishes a small part of the process by which his is produced meat drink. The substance is obtained by first boiling the meat with the greens. When all the products soften, they turn into a puree resembling cocoa. In this form, the drink is bottled and sterilized.
Preserved in this way, the meat drink is suitable for consumption for a year. I think the product will benefit the military and is suitable for humanitarian aid, says its creator.
According to Klasen, his culinary invention is unique in its kind and has no equivalent. That is why he took the first steps in patenting the product.
