Pork chops with potatoes

Required products: 2 pork chops, 500 g potatoes, 4 tbsp. olive oil, 1-2 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp. mustard, parsley, lemon juice, a mixture of Provadia herbs, pineapple juice, salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Mix the pineapple juice, Provadia herbs, salt and pepper. Stir the mixture and roll the pre-pounded chops in it. Leave them to stand for 1 hour.

Boil the potatoes until semi-finished and transfer them to a pan. Sprinkle them with olive oil (2 tablespoons) and let them bake at a temperature of 200 degrees until golden.

Fry the pork chops on high heat on both sides for 3-5 minutes. Use a grill pan for this purpose. Then bake them for 7-8 minutes.

Meanwhile, put the garlic, mustard, olive oil (2 tablespoons), salt, lemon juice and black pepper in a blender. Grind to a homogeneous mixture. Put the baked potatoes in the resulting sauce and mix them well.

Place the pork chops in the middle of the plate and place the potatoes around them.

Necessary products:

4 pork chops, 400 g mushrooms, 500 ml mushroom broth, 50 g butter, 1 tsp. white wine, 2 tbsp. flour, 2-3 tbsp. oil, 1 onion, salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Knock pork chops on both sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry them on high heat for 4 minutes.

Clean and chop the mushrooms. Chop the onion and fry it in butter. Then add the mushrooms, stir and let them simmer until soft.

Once softened, add the flour while stirring. Gradually add the white wine. Once it evaporates and the sauce thickens, add the hot mushroom sauce. Allow the sauce to boil to your preferred density. Season with salt and pepper.

Put the finished cutlets in a plate and pour the sauce over them.

Pork chops with tomatoes and peas

Necessary products:

4 pork chops, 400 g peeled and sliced tomatoes, 125 g frozen peas, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, a pinch of oregano, salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Grease chops with oil and sprinkle with salt, oregano and pepper. Put them in the pan and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown in a preheated 200 degree oven.

Put the rest of the oil in a pan. Add the finely chopped onion and a pinch of salt and cook until the onion is soft. Then add the grated garlic and stir. Pour the chopped tomatoes (along with the sauce). After boiling the sauce, simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. Add the frozen peas and cook for another 10 minutes. Finally add salt and pepper.

Spread the sauce on a plate and place the pork chops on top.
